The following modules are included in Logistika SFA:


Route Control:

Before visiting each client, the Hand Held tells the sales associate with client to visit next according to the pre-defined route.  Once the sales associate reaches the client site, the Hand Held gives the Sales Associate important information he or she should know like account receivables, potential sales the client applies to, company bulletins and other important notes and dates.  The Hand Held takes the time the sales associate is in route and the visit time, mapping out the sales associates efficiency at the end of the day.


Order Entry:

Order entry is faster with Logistika SFA.  As the Sales Associate begins to take the order, the Hand Helds suggests which products to sell based on the clients purchasing history and his or her profile.  The Hand Held also controls the pricing and sales that apply to the customer.  Once the sales associate is finished taking the order, the client is asked to sign the order, and a copy of the order is printed.


Invoicing:

Orders can be invoiced right away (in case inventory is held in route) or may be sent to the distribution center, where invoicing and delivery are immediately handled for non inventory routes.


Account Receivables:

The sales associate is presented with all invoices due and can collect receivables with the corresponding discounts for collection in advance.  The module also allows the sales associate to make bank deposits at any interval within his route.


Field Investigations:

Logistika SFA has a built in field investigation module which is flexible and fast.  Investigations for company and competitor products can be measured.  There is no limit to the number of questions or attributes to be measured.  All measurements can be then evaluated in the "Business Intelligence Module".
